COVID-19 has created challenging situations where organizations have had to cut major benefits and rewards programs to meet financial goals for organizational stakeholders. No matter the subtractions made by the organization, the total rewards strategy must support the culture, be meaningful to employees, and have a business impact. Employees today care about more than just compensation.
Select a company in the Middle East and provide a link to the company’s official website. Then, include any of the following six items related to the organization you have chosen:
1- Company name, history, number of employees, locations (national or international) leadership positions and human resource department structure
2- List and explain the components of the company’s compensation plan.
3- How does the company address work-life balance?
4- How does the company develop its talent?
